What is 'Komo Katsu'?
‘Komo’ means 'auntie' in Korean.
Hyuna was inspired by her aunt’s authentic katsu recipes.
She is incredibly proud of the love and care her aunt poured into every dish.
With her own passion for hospitality, she knew Aussies would fall in love with it too! ❤️

Komo Katsu started as a take-away-only business in April 2024 at the café Left of Field, where Hyuna was working as a café manager.
It was a small start, but with a lot of love from the locals, it quickly grew. Just six months later, Komo Katsu expanded to include dine-in service.
Now, We are dreaming bigger, with plans to spread more smiles and great katsu across Australia!
